1. Agreement to these terms
These terms govern your use of this website and any services provided by Lifetime Review ("Lifetime Review", "we", "us"), a creative agency operated by Aimaltener LLC, registered in the State of North Carolina, USA, at 4072 N Mills River Rd, Mills River, NC 28759. By using this site or engaging us for work, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or engage our services.
2. This website
The content on this site — case studies, figures and descriptions of our work — is provided for general information and is not a guarantee of results for any future engagement. We may update or remove content at any time without notice.
3. Enquiries and proposals
Submitting the contact form or emailing us is an enquiry, not a contract. A working relationship begins only once both parties sign a separate written proposal or agreement setting out scope, fees, timeline and deliverables for that engagement.
4. Client responsibilities
Where you engage us for services, you agree to provide timely feedback, necessary access and materials, and to hold the rights to any content, brand assets or data you give us to work with. You are responsible for the accuracy of information you supply.
5. Fees and payment
Fees, payment schedules and expenses for any engagement are set out in the signed proposal or agreement for that project, not on this website. Late payment may pause active work until an account is brought current.
6. Intellectual property
Unless the signed agreement for an engagement says otherwise, ownership of final deliverables transfers to the client on full payment. We retain the right to display completed work in our own portfolio and promotional materials, and retain ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates and working methods.
7. Confidentiality
We treat non-public information shared with us for the purpose of an engagement as confidential, and expect the same in return regarding our proposals, pricing and working methods, whether or not a formal non-disclosure agreement is signed.
8. Limitation of liability
Our total liability arising from any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost revenue or lost data.
9. Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement in line with the notice period set out in the signed agreement for that project. Work completed and expenses incurred up to the termination date remain payable.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising under these terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in North Carolina.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. If we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting an active engagement are communicated by email. Continued use of the site after changes take effect means you accept the revised terms.
