1. Who we are
Lifetime Review ("Lifetime Review", "we", "us") is a creative agency operated by Aimaltener LLC, registered in the State of North Carolina, USA, at 4072 N Mills River Rd, Mills River, NC 28759. For anything on this page, write to [email protected].
2. What we collect
Only what we need to reply to you and keep this site running:
- Details you send us — name, email address, company, the type of work you want and whatever you write in the enquiry form.
- Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, held in aggregate to keep the site secure and understand traffic.
- Client data — where you engage us, the brand, campaign and analytics material the work requires, always under a separate agreement.
3. Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote (legitimate interest / pre-contractual steps).
- To deliver contracted work and report on it (performance of a contract).
- To keep this website secure and working (legitimate interest).
- To send occasional studio news, but only if you opt in (consent), withdrawable at any time.
4. Cookies
This site sets only what is strictly necessary to function, plus privacy-friendly aggregate traffic measurement. We run no advertising or cross-site tracking cookies on our own website. Blocking cookies in your browser will not break anything here.
5. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share it only with the processors that help us operate — email hosting, analytics and cloud infrastructure — each under a data processing agreement, and with authorities where the law requires it.
6. How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become projects are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for the length of the engagement plus the period required by U.S. accounting and tax law.
7. Your rights
Depending on your state of residence, you may have rights under applicable state privacy law to access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and to opt out of certain processing. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. You may also contact the North Carolina Attorney General's office with any concerns.
8. Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of the page. Material changes affecting current clients are sent by email.
